I know you probably don't like the idea of being photographed.  Maybe even hate it, or are really worried about it.  Because you don't want to not like the photos as usual, you don't want to get judged when you share them, you don't want to feel silly or embarrassed posing for them - or whatever it is that's been holding you back from doing this.

It's ok, I do know how you feel, I'm not particularly keen either, but I've practiced being on the other side of the camera, and I've learnt plenty of tips to go with my years of photography experience, to help you relax, gently guide you and pose you, and support you through the whole process, to ensure we bring out the best in you and get some beautiful photos you love.

Because it makes it so much easier when you have a range of gorgeous professional images to use all over your website and socials.  Creating fabulous first impressions, marketing your business, connecting with your audience, and building your personal brand. 

And headshots (with the shorter shoot time than a branding session making it easier and more cost effective than a bigger shoot), are the perfect way to start growing your collection of photos, test out working with me, or get a quick set of updated images.

Option 1: Headshot Days

These are planned photography days that I run a couple of times a year, where I am all set up in one place, and I can photograph several clients in the one day.  These usually take place in a lovely light and bright office space at Help Suites Co-Working offices in Sevenoaks. 

You can book a Headshot Plan session, or a Mini Headshot session.

You can have a plain white background, plain black background, or use the office in the background of your headshots.  Plus we can turn a Headshot Plan session into a mini branding shoot for when you can’t stretch to or fit in a full branding session, as some desk/working options are also available - see more examples of these on the Headshot Day page and in my blog case studies (links below).

Option 2: A one-off session

A Mini Headshot session, or Headshot Plan session, can also be booked as a one-off, if I don't have a Headshot Day coming up, or you'd rather use your own space/home/office.  So these can also be booked at Help Suites, or at your home or office to use your own space as the backdrop - email me to discuss and arrange at Jane@janemucklowphotography.co.uk

Get planning:

Start thinking about what to wear - choose a couple of changes of top to bring with you if you’d like, to help us get a variety of looks.
If you've booked the Headshot Plan session and want a few extra 'branding' photos, bring any other props with you to personalise your shoot – your favourite mug, your mobile, your laptop, notebook and pen for any desk shots, and so on.  Think about the colours and the look and feel of your brand, and find things to match - see all the extra planning tips on my website once you've paid the Headshot deposit.
