Photos of your Business - case study: mum and baby exercise classes, Sweaty Mama Tonbridge

Fiona Sullivan, Sweaty Mama (Tonbridge North) - A Business Photography Case Study 

[Action photos of a mum and baby exercise class.  Case study: 45 minute shoot]

Meet Fiona Sullivan in this blog - a local personal trainer who teaches various exercise classes in Otford and Kemsing (near Sevenoaks), plus Sweaty Mama classes across Tonbridge, Wrotham and Kings Hill. 

I photographed Fiona's exercise classes for her several years ago, but now she's just taken on the local Sweaty Mama franchise too, so she wanted some new photos of this type of class. 

It was a real class taking place that I photographed, so there was no posing involved!  I've just captured the action as it happened - the mums all knew in advance that I would be there and had consented to being photographed, along with their babies (and I'm very grateful they turned up and let me photograph them exercising!).

The babies had great fun watching their mums, and sometimes they got to join in!

Fiona wanted a range of photos capturing the class, including details of the mums and babies enjoying themselves, and Fiona herself leading the class.  As she didn't need any posed shots of her, so rather than photographing the class as part of a bigger branding shoot, we just did it as a 'Photos of your Business' shoot.

And now she has a range of photos to use illustrating what this particular kind of exercise class is all about, showing the mums exercising, mums and babies interacting and having fun, the babies chilling and joining in, and of Fiona teaching them too.  (And I had to keep out of the way of the mirrors!).
